So..... he is my first attempt at using polymer clay to make anything. I know I already posted a purple little dragon but he was actually my second attempt and I think I did better on him. I was looking at someone else's polymer dragon on DA to try and get proportions to be ok but I was looking at a dragon made by :icondragonsandbeasties: to build this guy, pretty much just doing my best to copy it but without the neck scales or wings but I think I made the head too long.

This guy is about 4 inches tall and I think that is a bit big for what i want to to so I'll probably try and stick closer to 2 inches.... yet I contridict myself because i made another about this size but thats IT! I swear it! Not really... I've always liked to build big so I will probably get carried away again

oh this came out so much more full of essence and personality than what you tried to copy!! To me he looks like he is feeling just a little daunted by something, and is just going to sit still and think about it for a while.... like maybe he tried to fly or spew fire and it didn't work!!

Aww I'm glad you said that :) Thank you! I have always admired the artist dragonsandbesties and wanted this guy to look like hers so when they were not the same I felt bad... It makes me incredibly happy to hear that you like mine even better than the original! I never really thought about it but he really does have a "Well... that didn't work..." look on his face :D
